BREEAM Very Good
Our Grade II Listed Building refurbishment and upward extension at 24 St James's Square London SW1 has achieved the BRE BREEAM Very Good rating. This is hard to get. We are grateful to our client and to specialist consultants Eight Associates for their diligent work in assisting to secure this valued low energy rating. GIA c. 22,000 Sq. Ft. including one additional penthouse floor. BLDA were appointed as architects and interior designers.
