Bart Gloger

Bart Gloger joined BLDA in 2014, becoming Associate Director in 2019. Educated at the Silesian University of Technology in Poland, he earned his Masters degree in Science and Engineering in 2003.

Bart has spent 15 years in the UK, bringing his knowledge and experience to a diversity of projects across historic, new build and residential projects. His work includes projects abroad and in the UK where he’s also carried out some major urban planning work.

One of his developments includes the high profile classical new build projects for Oxford and Cambridge Colleges, the latter opened by The Prince of Wales. Bart was involved in the extensive redesign of one of New York’s most exclusive hotels, The Stanhope on 5th Avenue. More recently he’s been working on high-end residential projects in listed buildings, but his experience also covers modern homes.

In 2021 Bart completed his PhD in the specialisation of theory and history of architecture and urban planning, conservation and regeneration, focussing on Elizabethan and Jacobean Country Houses in England. His experience represents BLDA's unique blend of wide-ranging adaptability and niche expertise. He enjoys working with clients and prides himself on listening to their needs. With the right investment, processes, and materials, he guides them on the possibilities of transforming their homes into modern residences that maintain their historic values.
