The original Grade II listed office building was rebuilt within conserved facades with new shell and core accommodation to provide 18,500 sq ft of Grade A contemporary office space, with views over St James’s Square and Pall Mall. A new penthouse executive suite was created within an addition mansard story.
It was rated Very Good in terms of BREEAM sustainability and was awarded 5 Stars for the UK Best Office Architecture in the 2019 International Property Awards.
