This Victorian Grade II listed house was fully refurbished and extended to include an extensive swimming pool/spa/gym and cinema subterranean complex and a rear extension, all totaling around 20,000 sq ft.

BLDA designs included the modern spa complex interiors and a bronze-framed conservatory with an elegant helical stone cantilevered staircase within, bringing natural light down into the spaces below ground. Stonework to the new extension included decorative carving in the classical tradition.
