BLDA were commissioned by a developer to convert this former grand Victorian manor house into high - end apartments and to add considerable additional real estate onto the site.
Set on a 50 acre estate within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near Penshurst Kent, the project included extensive alterations to a series of Listed Buildings, two new build apartment buildings and a number of individual refurbished houses.
BLDA worked closely with English Heritage in and initial early application for "Enabling Development" being permitted to retain the historic asset.
