A new super-prime residential development in this tightly packed inner-city site in the heart of Chelsea for a commercial developer client.

The scheme comprised of seven apartments, maximizing the development of potential of the site.

The new apartments were partly behind a retained historic façade and partly behind a new façade elevation, with the new façade complimenting the historic one, yet presenting a distinct contemporary design.
