Oceanic House is a Grade II listed building near Trafalgar Square, formerly the office HQ for the White Star Line, the company that built the RMS Titanic.

The project included a rooftop extension creating a double-storey penthouse. The generous entrance foyer evoked the buildings original Belle Époque concept.
