The design of a new refectory in the grounds of a Listed Grade I Manor House.

BLDA were commissioned to obtain listed building and planning consents for a new refectory in the grounds of this Grade I listed Manor House in Oxfordshire.

The simple and clean design won much local support at parish level with the design gaining planning and listed building consents soon thereafter
