Trewarthenick House

The restoration of a large country estate in Cornwall.

This commission included the extension and restoration of a Listed Grade II manor house, refurbishment and re-purposing of extensive outbuilding complexes, landscape restoration and parkland remodelling and restoration. This special commission included our finding a hitherto lost Repton Red Book for the landscape he drew up in 1793. The work had progressed very little. We achieved all the consents to carry out this considerable body of work in the park. The works to the main house were necessarily extensive. The house sits close to designated Ancient Woodland.
