This Grade II listed detached Edwardian house on a large site near Hampstead Heath was refurbished, extended and refitted. BLDA provided a full service on this project, which included a new swimming pool house extension, an extended basement and extensive internal remodelling.

This house was in a sorry state when our clients purchased it for their home. An Arts & Crafts house Listed Grade II which required a complete internal rebuild and reservicing. BLDA Consultancy provided town planning and rights of light advice. The commission involved extensive landscaping.
