This Grade II listed house was extended to include an extensive swimming pool/spa/gym and cinema subterranean complex below the rear garden and a rear extension. Totalling approximately 20,000 sq. ft, this scheme included a bronze-framed conservatory linking the house to the subterranean leisure complex, bringing natural light down via an elegant vertical stone cantilevered staircase.
