BLDA was commissioned to transform this grand former Victorian manor house into a collection of high-end apartments, carefully adapting the historic building for contemporary residential use.

The wider masterplan also introduced substantial new development across the site, increasing the residential accommodation while responding sensitively to the character, setting and architectural significance of the original estate.
