This project presented an unusual design challenge: to create a new house that would complement, rather than imitate, its neighbouring property, which was also designed by BLDA.

The resulting scheme introduces a striking contemporary glazed frontage, carefully considered in response to the character and sensitivity of its Chelsea setting.
