Bart Gloger joined BLDA in 2014 and became a Director in 2024. He studied at the Silesian University of Technology in Poland, graduating with a Master’s degree in Science and Engineering in 2003.

With 20 years’ experience in the UK, Bart has worked across historic, new-build, residential and urban planning projects in the UK and internationally. His experience includes major classical developments for Oxford and Cambridge colleges, the latter opened by The Prince of Wales, as well as the extensive redesign of The Stanhope, one of New York’s most exclusive hotels.

More recently, Bart has focused on high-end residential projects within listed buildings, alongside contemporary homes. He completed a PhD in 2021 specialising in architectural history, conservation and regeneration, with a focus on Elizabethan and Jacobean country houses.

Bart combines broad project experience with specialist heritage knowledge. He works closely with clients to understand their needs and guide the sensitive transformation of historic properties into modern homes.
