BLDA provided a full service throughout this £24m project, including planning and party wall awards. The 20,000 sq. ft family house on the Phillimore Estate includes double basements, a 25m indoor pool, a spa, cinema and garage.

The interior features reclaimed and refurbished versailles floors and stonework. Accommodation includes a nightclub-themed playroom, salon, massage room, wine cellar and staff quarters.
