For many years this 1930s building was the local car service station, filling station and car repair workshop. Our client instructed BLDA to act as architect for the building's conversion to residential and commercial use.

BLDA were commissioned as Planning Consultant, Architect and Project Manager on the conversion of this iconic 1930’s garage on the New Kings Road into four apartments.

BLDA acted as Interior Designer for the FF&E installation in three of the apartments.
