BLDA designed and gained planning consent at appeal for this large replacement family dwelling.

The constraints of a tightly planned site influenced the design of this large family house for a private client. Considerable additional space has been created below ground level. BLDA Consultancy's planning team gained consent at appeal after the Local Planning Authority failed to determine the application in a reasonable period.
