Consent was obtained for an additional storey with a new penthouse executive suite, and there is provision for a separate occupancy at basement and ground floor facing Pall Mall if required. Design innovations include air-conditioning in the floor voids to maximise floor-to -ceiling height, stair pressurisation to maximise floor plate efficiency and stone design and carving with active 3D modelling. The listed building is rated Very Good in terms of BREEAM sustainability, and has been awarded 5 Stars for the UK Best Office Architecture in the 2019 International Property Awards.
