A carbon neutral development set within the South Downs National Park.

These houses were designed as an exemplar with the Energy Saving Trust to study in use their energy consumption. The houses are net contributors to the energy grid. Solar panels, air source heat pumps and high insulation values contribute to the success of these homes.

The hoses are set discretely within the South Downs National Park. They are one of the few new-build development schemes to have been permitted in the Park.
