A 12,000 sq. ft new-build replacement house on a spectacular site on the Howth peninsular. The new house sits at the cliff edge with views due south towards the sea, Dublin Bay and the Bailey light house.

BLDA provided a full architectural service, including a design which faithfully follows the arts-and-crafts style. Working with Interior Designer Kelly Hoppen, BLDA developed the design of the architectural interiors in the same style.
