Peter Barrett

AA Dipl. RIBA MaPS

A founding Partner of the Architectural Practice. Studied Fine Art at Guildford School of Art before training at the Architectural Association Bedford Square . Past Chairman of Joint Liaison Organisation. Chairman of 134 Lots Road Limited, a property management company. Extensive experience in new build and refurbishment projects for corporate and private clients.

David Lloyd-Davis

BA Hons ID (Eng) RIBA

A founding Partner of the Architectural Practice Originally qualified as an Industrial Designer and Furniture Designer at the Central School of Arts and Crafts, London , then trained as an architect at the Architectural Association, Bedford Square . Past Council Member of the English Stage Company at the Royal Court Theatre . Member of the Franco-British Union of Architects. Long-standing experience in both residential and commercial projects.

Timothy Weighill

BA (Hons) Dip Arch RIBA

Trained at Brighton School of Architecture and Interior Design. Qualified with commendation in December 1988 and in the same year published a book ‘ A Guide to the Buildings of Brighton’. Joined Barrett Lloyd Davis Associates in 1989 and worked as project architect on a series of bespoke commercial and domestic projects. Project director for large residential projects in London , Paris , St Tropez & US.

John Perry

B Arch B Sc (Arch) RIBA MAE MaPS

Studied architecture at the University of Bath gaining two honours degrees; B Sc (Arch) and B Arch. John has carried out commissions in Ontario Canada , New York , Italy and Belgium as well as in the UK. John Perry has carried out extensive works to many Listed Buildings in the UK , both commercial and residential, for investors and for owner occupiers.
