BLDA working closely with their client and planning consultant have achieved planning permission for the use of former office premises as a private house in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This is a landmark decision coming as it does after the blanket ban on such changes of use in the area.

On 24th June 2014, BLDA architects achieved planning and listed building consent for a 5,500 sq foot duplex penthouse apartment with terraces at Oceanic House, Pall Mall; an important Grade 2 listed building, the former London offices of the White Star Line. See the Oceanic House Project Page here

Hard Won Planning and Listed Building Consents

On 4th February we achieved planning and listed building consents for our client for 7 basement schemes within the gardens of listed buildings in Chelsea. High quality design backed by technical expertise won over the day. Planning Consultants were Kevin Scott Consultancy.
